About Kids Club
Throughout the school holidays, families can sign up to receive early notice of events, *exclusive discounts at our stores and free family fun!
To register, simply call 01782 774 113 between (10am – 5pm) or email staffordshire@affinityoutlets.com to arrange your membership.
You must be a legitimate parent/guardian for a child/children under the age of 18 and have a valid email address to register. Upon registration, parents/guardians will receive a verification email to confirm their membership and a Kids Club membership card.
Discounts are only valid during Staffordshire and Cheshire East school holidays.

Chill-Out Area
After time spent shopping, sit back and unwind in our chill-out area located on the Upper Level.
Accessibility
The centre is fully accessible to all visitors.
We have ample free parking, which includes disabled and parent & child, all clearly signposted. Access ramps are located at the front of the building and to the left of the Home Bargains entrance.
The majority of our stores are located on the ground floor. We have eateries including Burger King and Cafe Espresso, Talk Furniture and a free soft play area which can be accessed by a lift which is on the ground floor on the edge of the atrium, near the escalators.
Customer toilets and baby changing facilities are also located on the first floor, next to Caffe Espresso.
