Travelling by Car
Affinity Staffordshire is conveniently located just off the A34, ten minutes drive from Stoke-on-Trent. Exit the M6 at Junction 16, follow signs for Stoke-on-Trent and enter the A500. Take the A34 slip road to Congleton/Alsager/Talke and exit the roundabout onto Newcastle Road. Then take the first exit onto Talke Road, followed by the third exit onto Oak Tree Lane. Continue straight onto Pit Lane and the centre will be on your right.

You won’t need to worry about parking, with over 650 FREE car parking spaces and 10 free coach parking spaces on-site.
Travelling By Train
Affinity Staffordshire is just a 10-minute taxi ride from Stoke-on-Trent Station and only 20 minutes from Crewe Station.
Travelling By Bus
The nearest bus stop to our Centre is located on High Street in Talke which is a 5-10 minute walk. You can catch the 4A First Bus service which runs from Hanley and Newcastle Town Centre.

Please ensure that you have your Covid-19 policy at hand before you book with us. Additionally, during these times we kindly ask all travel companies to ensure that their passengers and drivers abide to our Covid policy when visiting our Centre.
Do I have to pay for parking?
No. Affinity Staffordshire offers unlimited free parking to all visitors. There is also no time limit on how long you can park for.
Do you have WiFi?
Yes! Our WiFi is accessible around our Centre and is completely free of charge. Simply search for our network, sign up and get browsing!
Do you have a cash machine?
Yes. Our cash machine available on site and is free to use. You can find our cash machine outside our Regatta store, near the escalators.
What vacancies are available?

Does your car park have electric vehicle charging points?
Unfortunately, our car park does not have any electric vehicle charging points on site. The nearest points are at Higherland Service Station, 31 Higherland, Newcastle-under-Lyme. A 12-minute drive from our Centre.
Can I purchase Centre gift cards?
We no longer sell Centre gift cards; however, you can purchase gift cards/vouchers from individual stores.
Are there any Baby Changing Facilities?
Yes. You can find our Baby Changing Area on the first floor, next to Caffe Espresso. You can access the first floor via the lift next to H&M.
Do you have accessible/disabled WC facilities?
Yes. You can find our accessible/disabled WC facilities on the first floor, next to Caffe Espresso. You can access the first floor via the lift next to H&M or the escalators near Regatta.
Is there a lift in your Centre?
Yes. You can find the lift next to the old GAP Outlet store.
Do you have a lost property department?
Yes. For all lost property enquiries, please feel free to call us on 01782 774 113 or email email@example.com. Please note, if your lost property is not claimed within 2 months, items will be donated to a charity of our choice.
Is your soft play area open?
Our soft play is now open! The area will be available to families once our doors open and will close an hour before the Centre's closing times.
