Deputy Manager - Full Time - Permanent
As a Deputy Manager, you’re responsible for inspiring your team to deliver the Castore customer and brand vision. You will support the team in delivering the service and sales proposition for the store and ensuring that the customer is at the heart of what we do. Your mission is to ensure we put the customer first – always.
You will ensure all employees are given what they need to know, when they need to know it so that they’re empowered and informed. In your role, you will have a variety of focus areas which means you are always learning new things, including growing sales and developing a service focussed team who will continue to drive the business forward. You will also be responsible for supporting all operations within the store, both front and back of house.

Store Supervisor - 32 Hours a week
A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers delivering an excellent experience for them whilst they are in store. Reporting to the Store manager and have:
Key Duties:
Support KPIs and sales targets
Lead and motivate the team
Deliver excellent customer experience
Maintain visual standards and stock
Assist with training, deliveries, and store operations
About You:
Friendly, customer-focused, and driven
Retail experience essential

Part-Time Security Officer - 8 hours over weekends - 12pm - 4pm Saturday and Sunday
We have an opportunity for a professional Security Officer here at Affinity Staffordshire.
Duties will include but are not limited to, site patrols, dealing & responding to incidents, completing any necessary paperwork & reports.
You should have at least 1-year previous security experience with a valid SIA Licence. You will also need excellent customer service skills and be a strong communicator and confident dealing with the public. Smart appearance and attention to detail are important along with the ability to use your own initiative.
