Store Manager – Full time
We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team at Castore. Our opening hours are Monday to Sunday, so this role will include weekend work.
As a Store Manager, you’re responsible for inspiring your team to deliver the Castore customer and brand vision. You will support the team in delivering the service and sales proposition for the store and ensuring that the customer is at the heart of what we do. You will ensure all employees are given what they need to know, when they need to know it so that they’re empowered and informed. In your role, you will have a variety of focus areas which means you are always learning new things, including growing sales and developing a service focussed team who will continue to drive the business forward. You will also be responsible for supporting all operations within the store, both front and back of house.

Sales Advisor - 4 Hours - Weekends
