Latest Covid-19 Guidance
Find out how we're working to keep you safe
In coherence with the latest Government guidelines, Affinity Staffordshire has been recognised as ‘Good to Go’ by Visit England, the National Tourist Board of England and will continue to work towards creating a safe, shopping environment for all of our visitors and staff.
Following the PM's recent announcement, we kindly ask all visitors to continue to be mindful and respectful to staff and customers when shopping/working at our Centre. If you have any of the Covid-19 symptoms, been tested positive or have been in close contact with someone who has had Coronavirus, do not visit our Centre. Follow the Government guidelines and self isolate.
To help keep everyone safe, we will continue to keep additional measures in place and kindly ask all visitors to abide by the Government's 'hands, face, space' rule.
Our sanitising stations will remain installed around the mall so feel free to use them. We are also continuing with our enhanced cleaning regimes, including special focus on touch points.
‘Wear it, don't share it’ is the advice we like to give to our visitors. To help keep everyone safe, face coverings are recommended when visiting our Centre. Please keep in mind that each store will have their individual policy in place and may require you to wear a mask; because of this we advise that you keep a face covering at hand.
Please be considerate and mindful of others personal space; particularly when queueing and browsing in stores.
Additionally, we advise those that are travelling to adhere by their local Covid-19 guidelines. QR codes will remain placed around the Centre which visitors can scan via the NHS Track & Trace app.
